As part of our commitment to transparency and the promotion of geological knowledge, the La Granja Project participated in the Core Shack de PROEXPLO 2026one of the most prominent technical spaces in the mining and exploration sector in Peru.
During the event, we made available to professionals, academics, students and investors a representative selection of drill cores obtained in our exploration campaigns, allowing them to directly appreciate the geological characteristics of the deposit and the potential of one of the most important copper projects in the country.
Participation in the Core Shack was a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge with industry specialists, share technical advances, and contribute to strengthening geological and mining research in Peru.
Our technical team accompanied visitors during the exhibition days, providing information on the geology of the deposit, the exploration work carried out and the challenges associated with the responsible development of the project.
Under First Quantum Minerals Perú we believe that exploration is the foundation for building a modern, sustainable, and opportunity-generating mining industry. Events like PROEXPLO allow us to bring science, innovation, and geological knowledge closer to the various stakeholders involved in the sector's development.
